Adriana Malave, Cumanesa and Manu Domínguez, Guyanese are the face of this project that seeks to project and exalt the persevering and committed role of our compatriots.
Just as we live fashion week, we have wanted to organize a week dedicated to exalting Venezuelan gastronomy and publicizing the efforts of Venezuelans in New York and in the tri-state area made up of New Jersey and Connecticut, maintains Malave.

Domínguez believes that with the Venezuelan Restaurant Week it will be possible to connect with the public through the stories of the entrepreneurs and those of their meals.

Adriana and Manu, both are content creators and work in the area of information for the Venezuelan and Latino community, as well as content in the gastronomic and marketing area respectively; both have been living in New York for more than five years and came together to create this great event.
